you would have no problem keeping up pete,you manage on a thursday ok.
similar format with regroups via p stops and stopping to take in the view.
todays run went via micklethwaite,botany,sunnydale,high bradup,rombalds moor,whetstone gate,lanshaw lad,horncliffe well,birch close,glovershaw,eldwick.
2 and half hours run at a talking pace.
i try to ensure the route involves an element of new paths that get you questioning as to your whereabouts.
we dont do as many in summer but they become quite regular over autumn and winter.
keep an eye on here for the next one.

Sounds really good. I ran to Ilkley Moor trig (out via Heights Lane) and back (via Dick Hudsons (not the bar though)) this evening - was extremely wet underfoot, not helped by the mountain bikers - grrr :evil:

I'll keep me eyes peeled for future Sunday run outs and if I'm around and feeling brave and get out of bed early enough I'll be there.
