Not going to let the groundsman put me off so we're back on the grass tomorrow night. As we've not done a pyramid session this year, we'll do a timed version of it. Usual format - jog warm up, some dynamic stretches, a few drills, main session, cool down plus stretches. If you're doing the Hobble on Saturday it may not be the best preparation though (although you're welcome to do the drills and have a trot round)! See you all there. Simon
