N&G - what a sensible idea and far too organised for me. so ... UPDATED... It will be 9am from B&B sports club this week.
Fishy - You should be able to cycle from Hirst Wood back to Dockfield thats about 9 miles of it, I think we'll get there about 9.20 at the bridge at Saltaire Garden Centre. Sounds like I'll have company this week after everybody went out Friday night last week and gave it a miss

Sunday 21st for those not brave or daft enough for Ilkley Fell Race (I'll decide on Sunday!) its approximately 12 miles undulating from the club at 9am http://www.mapmyrun.com/route/gb/bingle ... 7796683152.

Not much of a decision really - no chance I'm too much of a novice for weather and fell together yet, so 12 miles we did.

Next week is another Sunday run 9am at the club. 19 long, boring, flat as I can get it without canal all the way miles. Sorry, I'm supposed to enthuse and encourage people - at least you won't have to do it on your own if you join us. http://www.mapmyrun.com/route/gb/bradfo ... 5763852482

I have been bullied into a change, so the weekend run is now Saturday at 8.30 possibly a different route, but still boringly flat. From the club. http://www.mapmyrun.com/run/united-king ... 7449134188

At last, we can have a hilly run (just for Fishy). This weekend is Sunday at 9am from the corner of Heights Lane and Otley Road a gentle 8ish miles up to Whetstone Gate, Dicks and back down.
