Really sorry but I have to cancel this week's Saturday morning training as I'm racing The Trog - a nice 20 miler around Wadsworth Moor above Hebden Bridge. So, as you're enjoying your lie in or fry-up think of me trudging through knee deep freezing swamps Training will recommence as usual the following Saturday 18th Feb.
